It's a snow day today... it started out with me waking up, thinking, "ah, it's not bad out there, maybe we should go to the Butterfly Pavilion just to say we got out today." Then, as the snow started, I thought, "well, maybe just a quick workout at the gym. It's closer, it's fast." Now, we're in for the day, and I'm thinking of all the things I could do with the day. Of course doing them depends completely on Sofia's mood and Emmo letting me walk away from him for a few minutes! Here's my list:
- make pancakes (Fia's priority!)
- finish Fia's knitted bunny rabbit
- hem my jeans (a real undertaking since I've never hemmed anything in my life!)
- make cookies
- clean out Fia's closet (her pants have all become high-waters all of a sudden!)
- make play-dough
- take pictures of the baby things I'm going to sell on craigslist
- read The Middle Place for bookclub
- sew hats for birthday gifts
- catch up (and maybe get ahead) on the laundry
- clean out the basement

Surely you're done with your list by now, right? Ha. This snow is unbelieveable! We've got cookies on our list too. And now I'm hoping to get in some reading as well. Jellicoe Road is my current book, and it's fabulous!
Hi. Your snow has come our way today. But, honestly Kristen, I couldn't do a tenth of your list in a day and that's without a Sofia and Em at my side. Ahhh the energy of you young moms!
