Emerson's goal is to figure out where everything goes, and how it works. He watches everything! When I put him into the car, he holds the seatbelt and tries to fit it together. When I ask him to put something in a drawer, he does it. He loves to put toilet paper into the toilet (but watch how much he takes!). He also loves to put trash into the trash can. He takes things out, and puts them back. It's amazing!!
But don't be fooled! He has quite a will, and when something is not going the way he wants it, he can really get mad! (I'm just waiting for a tantrum like I remember his Uncle Robin, stiffening his arms and arching his back so much that he plops right down on his head!)
